2012 Massachusetts State Library – Capital Blooms
Lela Chiavaras, Mary Kopsiaftis, and Alexis Shaw represented the Club with their floral interpretations of treasures from the Library collection (Book bindings poster, Hatian Medal, and an original Audubon painting) Participants were acknowledged by the State Senate for their contributions and received personalized proclamations.
2005 Waltham Public Library – Books in Bloom
Lela Chiavaras, Cathy Cannon, Noreen Cooke, Courtney Ogg- Mancuso and Esther Seeley participated on the committee for this inaugural event. Over 25 Club members (including many past presidents) presented floral interpretations of their favorite books.
